All courses start on Monday and run from Mondays to Fridays.

Accommodations start on Sundays, the previous one to the starting course date, and run from Sundays to Saturdays, the following Saturday to the last course date.

National holidays: on holidays there are no classes. Only in some cases when two holidays are in the same week, the lessons of one day will be retaken (not in all the schools, please contact us for further information).

Insurance: students are not covered for any accidents, loss of personal property, illnesses. Nido Language Travel higly reccommends a fully comprehensive insurance.

Medical insurance: we advice all citizens of EU to bring the E111 document. If you require medical treatment, with this document and the medical bill you will be able to reclaim the medical expenses from your country origin. We recommend that students from other countries take out their own medical isurance.

Prices: Nido Language Travel can change course prices due to tax increases, events beyond our control or governamental actions.

Changes in the program: Nido Language Travel can change course starting dates and programs at any time due to errors, omissions and circumstances beyond our control.

Payments: the total sum in euro must be received at least 3 weeks before your arrival to the school. If not, Nido Language Travel reserves the right to cancel the student’s place at the school if the payment has not been received in due time. A deposit of €150 is payable when you send the enrolment form: you can book online, by fax, by e-mail or by mail. After that you will receive the confirmation of your program by e-mail. The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days before the beginning of the course. Patyments can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.

Last minute reservations: if we receive the enrolment form less than 21 days before the beginning of the course, the full fee must be paid when you send the enrolment form.
Please note: students will not be allowed to start their course unless full payment has been received by Nido Language Travel at least 21 days before the beginning of the course. In this case your course will be cancelled.

Cancellations and refunds: once that your course has began, the student will not receive any tipe of refund. Nido Language Travel is not responsible for cancellations due to force mayor, health or personal reasons.

• In the event of a cancellation, a certified letter must be sent to us. For cancellations more than 30 days before the course starting date, Nido Language Travel will retain the deposit of €150.

• For cancellations from 30 to 15 days before arrival we will charge 25% of the total fee, minimum €150.

• For cancellations less than 15 days before arrival we will charge 80% of the total fee.

• If a cancellation takes place after the starting date of your course there will be no refund.

Conditions on admission to the chosen country: all travel requirements (visa, valid insurance, immigration formalities, etc) are your responsibility. We will help you with information about the embassy requirements and will extend an admission letter for the visa. Conditions may vary depending on your nationality.Students from Western Europe do not require a visa to enter Spain or Latin America. Students from other countries must enquire about obtaining a visa at the Spanish or Latin American embassies or consulates closest to them. We can only provide a certificate from the school confirmirng the booking and the admission on a course if the enrolment form has been received and the advance payment of 150 euro has been made. If permission to enter in Spain is denied for reasons that are beyond Nido Language Travel, your course will be cancelled under the conditions in point 10.

Misconduct: Nido Language Travel and our partner schools reserve the right to refuse an enrolment or to expel a student if, at our discretion, his or her conduct is unsatisfactory or could be detrimental to the normal running of the school. All supplementary expenses, are payable by the participant or his/her parents. The participants or thir legal guardians are responsible for any losses or damage that occurred during their stay.

Complaints: any complaint should be made directly to the shool during the first week of your stay. If the complaint is not resolved with the school, then you should contact Nido Language Travel, and send your written complaint to us before leaving the school. Any complaint received after your program has finished will not be accepted.

Nido Language Travel is not responsible for printing errors that may appear in our web site or in our brochures.

Nido Language Travel accepts no responsibility whatsoever for cases of force majeure or for student’s actions.
