By plane
The International Airport of Barcelona is located 12 kilometres southwest from the city centre. It’s one of the biggest airports in Spain and has connections with almost all big European cities, as well as with North America. Terminals of the airport can be easily reached by metro, bus or taxi.
By sea
It’s possible to take ferry to Barcelona, one of the most important Spanish ports, from the Balearic Islands or from Italy. Standard boats with cabins and beds and high-speed boats are available.
By land
Barcelona, as a main city in this part of Spain, has a well-developed railway network. There are regular train connections with all Spanish and the European cities Geneva, Lisbon, Milan and Paris. Most of the major European cities also have bus connections with Barcelona.
